Anna Papoutsa Shue MSc, PGCHE, PDipNT

Anna is a nutrition scientist, the founder of Nuthrive, and the lead clinical nutritionist. She is a registered nutritional therapist and an educator in higher education, teaching aspiring undergraduate (BSc) and postgraduate (MSc) nutrition scientists as well as personalised nutrition practitioners.

Anna has taught over 200 students across both BSc and MSc levels at CNELM (accredited by Middlesex University London).

As part of her clinical practice, Anna has supported over 300 individuals take control of their health, restore balance and set the foundations for a healthy longevity through evidence-based, personalised nutrition and lifestyle medicine.

Helen Macklin

Nutritional Therapist, MSc, DipION

Helen completed her post graduate diploma at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in 2017 and subsequently earned an MSc in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Aberdeen in 2023. She has extensive experience supporting women through perimenopause and beyond. As a mother of three (and past profession as a lawyer) she fully appreciates how modern-day life can often pose a huge challenge to mental and physical health. Helen excels at supporting women with complex health needs and busy lives and offers specialist for support for gut and digestive issues, autoimmunity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and energy issues. She prides herself on establishing strong client relationships and is passionate about listening to individual needs and tailoring a targeted and practical plan to help clients attain their individual goals with a strong provision of evidence-based ongoing support.

Sandra Todd

Nutritional Therapist, MSc

Fitness Instructor, MSc

Sandra is a registered nutritional therapist with a Master’s degree in Nutritional Therapy from the University of Worcester (2022), and an MSc in Exercise and Nutrition Science from the University of Chester (2016). She is also a qualified fitness instructor and has completed additional training in nutrigenomics. Sandra specialises in women’s health, with a particular focus on weight management, type 2 diabetes, menopause, and gut health. She takes a functional, root-cause approach to health, integrating personalised nutrition plans, lifestyle medicine, and advanced testing to create tailored strategies for each client. With a passion for supporting midlife women, Sandra blends evidence-based nutritional science with health coaching and fitness guidance to help clients achieve long-term, sustainable results. Her mission is to empower women to take control of their health through education, mindset support, and practical lifestyle changes.

Esther Donoff

Nutritional Therapist, BSc (Hons), MSc, mBANT, CNHC reg

Esther is a registered nutritional therapist and NLP coach. She graduated from CNELM in 2017 with an MSc in Personalised Nutrition and a Nutritional Therapy Practice Diploma. She works with clients who are looking to optimise their cardiometabolic health, whether that involves hitting their ideal weight, normalising cholesterol levels or stabilising blood sugar levels. She believes in a personalised approach to create nutrition and lifestyle plans that are truly bespoke and complement clients’ lifestyles. She uses coaching techniques to help clients make sustainable changes and to nurture a healthy relationship with food. She is a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and is registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). She is a lecturer, clinic supervisor and module leader at CNELM (accredited by Middlesex University).

Kristina Triebow

Nutritional Therapist, BSc (Hons) N.D. mBANT rCNHC

Kristina is a registered Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist who takes a clear, science‐based and personalised approach to health. She holds a Bachelor in Nutritional Therapy, a diploma in Naturopathy, and is a certified Nutrigenetics Counsellor. Kristina focuses on metabolic and cardiovascular health, supporting people with blood sugar imbalances, diabetes, and metabolic syndrome. Her specialist interest is strengthened by further training in nutrigenomics and clinical experience with complex metabolic cases. Kristina combines nutritional science, lifestyle medicine, and functional testing to uncover underlying imbalances and develop strategies that are practical and tailored to each individual. Kristina’s aim is to provide clarity, confidence and tools that help clients make sustainable changes - meeting them where they are and guiding them forward with compassion.

Lieke van de Werf

Pharmacist, MSc, Certified Hypnotherapist

Lieke is a hypnotherapist and pharmacist with a holistic approach to healing. She helps women transform their relationship with food and themselves by addressing the deeper emotional patterns that influence health and behaviour. With her background in pharmacy and ongoing training at the Academy of Integrative Medicine, Lieke bridges science and the subconscious mind to support both emotional and physical wellbeing. Trained in Hypnotherapy, NLP, and EFT, she has a special interest in emotional eating, stress-related metabolic health, and the impact of unresolved emotions and trauma on the body. Through gentle yet powerful hypnotherapy, she guides clients to release what no longer serves them, reconnect with themselves on a deeper level, and build lasting wellbeing from the inside out.
